BOOKING POLICIES

The down payment received is non-refundable

If the down payment or remaining balance is not completed on time, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

Changes are not permitted after the down payment has been made.

A security deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required and will be fully refunded if there are no outstanding bills, damages, or reported losses.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in time is after 3 PM.

Check-out time is by 12 PM (noon) at the latest.

Self-Check-In: Self-check-in is available 24 hours.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only outside the bedroom or in the outdoor area.

Noise Regulations: No loud music is allowed after 9 PM.

Event and Catering Policy: A permit is required for any outside parties at our villa, including events, decorations, or external food services.

For external food services such as BBQs, chef villa services, or catering, there will be a corkage fee based on the scale of your event.
